For the each study:

Prepare tables of descriptive (Table 1) following the example in Marioni et al (2013):

The document in the shared dropbox folder contains TWO templates to be filled out by each study: one for the entire sample and one splitting the descriptives by educational category:

• the requested table is uploaded into the shared Dropbox folder MAP-Table-1.docx
• dynamic reproducible reports used to populate Table 1 are located here: ./reports/table-1/map/table-1-map.md
• the utility function used for computation are located here: ./reports/table-1/map/table-1-map.R
• suggested a few cosmetic edits to the template of Table 1, which include:
  • 1. Add sample size as an additional line
  • 2. Add the note: The included cases contain at least two data points.
  • 3. Add n(%) and category to Education
  • 4. Spell out the MMSE conditions
  • 5. Add missing counts
