Data Grooming. Session I. 2016-03-24-07:00 PDT

Johan and I have found a time when we can meet for the first go at data preparation for this workshop. Due to the fact that we will be working with R, we need to prepare that environment too. We'll start with establishing environment, proceed to a series of examples (the last of which will be Johan's data) and go to as close to the multi-state model estimation as we can get.

We will meet via https://hangouts.google.com/ on Thursday, 2016-03-24 at 07:00 Pacific Daytime saving Time. The meeting will last for about 2 hours. Dual-screen displays are recommended. I will provide more details as I prepare, but just wanted to give everyone as much notice as possible if you choose to attend.

Check list for meeting preparation

• [x] - Download and install RStudio
• [x] - Download and unzip RAnalysisSkeleton, run RAnalysisSkeleton.Rproj file, then execute `/utility/install-packages.R’ from within RStudio to install the dependency packages. You may need to click on a few agreement buttons, watch out for them.
