Update carbon removal variable definitions. Note we should involve someone with more land use expertise than myself for variables + definitions for AFOLU based CDR. Issues include disaggregating net vs. gross CDR from LUC at the spatial resolution most IAMs are capable of

Just an FYI that I think we should discuss this an #79 in our upcoming call. I guess it should probably be 1 PR for both?
