@gidden @jayfuhrman, are you sure that these additional technologies should be added to the final-energy reporting? In other words, are their energy-requirements so large as to be relevant?

@danielhuppmann in our recent work, electricity demand for at least enhanced weathering could end up being a few percent of final energy demand in some regions. So I'd lean towards including them for completeness.
