Anyone have bandwidth to help maintain this?

There's some low hanging fruit for https://github.com/IAPark/tiktoken_ruby/issues/20, for example.

@taf2 Awesome! I suggest starting with small contributions, helping to solve existing issues or finish existing PRs. Even code reviews would help.
