Right now, all the cancer patients in CanReg as treated "in a vacuum".

In order to preemptively follow patients that could have a cancer heredity predispositions, it would be great if you could create "contacts" and define the relationship between the cancer Case and the Contacts.
That would allow the users to do some follow-up on those contacts.

Creating an Excel file outside of CanReg to do this.
