[Data Model] Typo or intended - ratings:chargePaymentType coding #126

Ontology lists allowed values

charge is prepaid or collect (S, P)

for ratings:chargePaymentType.

My expectation was to use "C" for Collect, like in CargoIMP.

Is "S" a typo or intended?

Yes this is a typo, will correct that in a next pull request.
