[Ontology] link from BookingOptionRequest to BookingOption is missing #155

link from BookingOptionRequest to BookingOption is missing currently there is no option to link a waybillNumber to bookingOptionRequest; wayBill is part of BookingOption, which should be connected to BookingOptionRequest
