To elaborate on this: In the last ONE Record Data Model Focus group, we have talked through a concept of how to deal with a piece centric data model in a world that mostly works on shipment level. This is mostly a business and implementation topic, but the Skeleton-Indicator is the only element we´ll need in the ontology to enable this approach. Thus Niclas kindly modelled it in the TTL and submitted this pull request. Please pull asap!
