[Ontology] changeRequest: shortlink to CO2 emissions from BookingOption #171

If we offer a bookingOption, then we show the co2 emissions per offered routing. That's why we would like to show the co2 emission in the bookingOption.

In the current specification you have go this way: BookingOption - BookingOptionRequest - Shipment - Piece - Transportmovement - Co2Emission In my opinion in our use case it does not make so much sense to go through BookingOptionRequest.

Proposal: BookingOption - CO2Emission
