10 years ago This is because CSV2IATI has incorrectly detected the encoding of the uploaded csv file. Therefore the problem is with the XML file. This is the same issue as https://github.com/IATI/CSV2IATI/issues/157.

10 years ago I'm planning on making the next release (2.3) next week. This will be a fairly minor release, mostly of the fixes I've made based on your feedback.

The publisher IDRC (CSV2IATI account 'tester') have created some output XML files which include both english and french titles and descriptions. However when viewing the output XML files the french special characters are not being displayed correctly and I have not been able to determine if this is a problem with the file or with the browser (or other viewing medium as it is also displayed incorrectly by BaseX)
