Split out multiple values in one cell #183

Putting all countries into one cell, eg:

SN,ET,ML,MA,NG,ZA,TZ,TN

function to generate separate relevant elements for each value - could be a transformation option?

Have renamed the title as I think this should read "split out" rather than "split our"
