Australia - Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is publishing 998, 889 and 798 as a recipient-country@code http://d-portal.org/ctrack.html?aids=COVID-19#view=list_transactions&country_code=998 http://d-portal.org/ctrack.html?aids=COVID-19#view=list_transactions&country_code=889 http://d-portal.org/ctrack.html?aids=COVID-19#view=list_transactions&country_code=798

Agence Française de Développement is publishing ZZ as a recipient-country@code http://d-portal.org/ctrack.html?aids=COVID-19#view=list_transactions&country_code=ZZ

These are just the data found within the COVID-19 search so not an extensive list @amy-silcock

Australia seems fixed at this time of checking but not Agence Française de Développement.
