Features, bugs, issues to fix/implement -

• [x] IATI Spend / Budget columns color coded
• [x] Change (confirm with others) declarations under main navigation bar (& others) - Matt
• [ ] Expand/Popup tooltip for tablets
• [x] Change "Load more" to include context - (changing to "View All")
• [x] Bar charts alignment - include border, better description in declaration
• [x] Heat maps description
• [x] Footer to include "Workings out" - Matt
• [x] Current landing page to "About" page about modules
• [x] Navigation - logo should return to Country Tracker (egs. under drop down list?)
• [x] Instructions for Languages
• [x] Country Tracker > Development Portal (branding issues)?

after clicking the amended 'Load more' (eg 'active projects') the message stays the same, but clicking again doesn't do anything - might be worth changing? either the message to 'load fewer active projects' or something - or allow more projects to be added by another click if we want that?

I might go with the option of forgoing the "Load more" button entirely and replace it with a "View all" button that brings the user to a whole new page of tables/lists like the money modules instead.

I've replaced the about section with "workings out" in the footer so will need those bits to be filled out with the logic behind the calculations.

Each page will get its own version of "workings out" with links to sources so please fill those out when you see them and I'll get them translated, thanks :}
