4 codes have been updated USS - Dollar (Same day) has been removed

Note for reference: The comparison with ISO codelists was done with the list of codes published on 1 January 2018.

Slightly concerned that this PR is approved, but still includes a breaking change. Please could USS be marked as withdrawn, rather than removed completely? Thanks.
