I've checked these, and all the changes relate to country subdivisions, which we don't replicate in IATI:

ID: Addition of province ID-PD; Update List Source IN: Change of subdivision code from IN-OR to IN-OD, from IN-CT to IN-CG, from IN-TG to IN-TS, from IN-UT to IN-UK; Deletion of the asterisk from IN-JH; Update Code Source KR: Change of category name from province to special self-governing province for KR-42; Update List Source ME: Addition of municipality ME-25; Update List Source NP: Change of subdivision name of NP-P1; Update List Source NZ: Deletion of the space before the dash of NZ-AUK in mri PH: Deletion of province PH-MAG; Addition of province PH-MGN, PH-MGS PL: Change of spelling of PL-04, PL-28; Update Code Source and List Source
