“Files failing validation” disagrees with IATI validator #472

The IATI validator says various Finland MFA files are invalid (because they use invalid version 1.00, e.g.) but the dashboard disagrees: http://dashboard.iatistandard.org/publisher/finland_mfa.html

So presumably the dashboard uses something other than the IATI validator for performing validation?

Yeah, it looks like the dashboard is fine with version 1.00:

if version in [None, '1', '1.0', '1.00']: version = '1.01'
