Inconsistent use of 'The' #302

The name element under location has a description of The human-readable name for the location. Use of The at the start of this description appears inconsistent in relation to other element descriptions.

As such, the description should potentially start with A instead.

This is similar to the description of document-link/title, which is A short, human-readable title.
