Make sure http://iatistandard.org/activity-schema-table/ is preserved.

Currently missing:

[x] Occur column - however this seems to incorrect on the current site...
[x] Rows for text (/text())

The value in the Data Format/Type column are also raw XML types, but I think this is potentially more useful, so I don't intent to replicate this.

I've added the occur column based on attributes. I don't think there's currently any accurate way to populate this from the schema from elements. Eventually we should be able to pull this information from the standard ruleset. https://github.com/IATI/IATI-Standard-SSOT/issues/25
