Describe the bug Reference to IATI Discuss made at https://iativalidator.iatistandard.org/about

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://iativalidator.iatistandard.org/about'
  2. Click on 'IATI DIscuss'

Expected behavior Change it to a space on IATI Connect and make reference to Discuss?
