Revert "Add initial 2.03 support" into integration branch #295

Revert the temp 2.03-addition so that a more long-term solution can be implemented using the new system of managing Versions.

This allows the more recent changes to dev to be integrated without the temp 2.03 also being there

Merging without review since it's a revert commit into an integration branch that could be done locally, but is being done on Github to better ensure that the correct changes are being reverted.
