Spining wait cursor - enhancement #93

A Spinning wait cursor like in Mac OSx would be a very useful widget. It
can use an animated gif inside the widget. Its scaling can be set. Please
see the attachment below..

Use java.awt.Cursor.WAIT_CURSOR
