Insufficient spacing of MenuBar items #28

On Windows the items in the menubar have zero space between them. They look
very much squeezed together.

I'll have to look into this. My test code with menu bars is using JGoodies, so 
the spacing is controlled differently. 
I'll assume you are correct.
