Replace IBLinterCore with IBDecodable #38

The goal is to replace IBLinterCore with IBDecodable. Going to have the free time to tackle this one soon 💪

I will do it I have already make locally the change

but I see that some change has been done into IBLinter, not reported to IBDecodable for instance in Mar 13, all work about coding key done by @kateinoigakukun so I will make in IBDecodable after doing that a task to report missing change

Just waiting on other PR merging to not create conflict

@phimage Do you need me to do this? I was planning on working on IBLinter this weekend

There is only one change that make a compile issue in test that I do not think about it In button there is here State and not TextColor linked to https://github.com/IBDecodable/IBDecodable/issues/13

I will make you review the PR ;)
