Wrote some initial text for Chapter 2. It probably needs a once over and there is a section at the bottom that I wasn't sure how to fill out (added in a few comments). Happy to keep it separate still if you think that's useful or merge it in and refine it later.

this all looks good and can be merged. What do you think about having links for more details for each of the sections?. For example in the 'what is git' link to a good, more detailed explanation, like you do in the workflow section. This book has the same why git, why github https://happygitwithr.com/big-picture
