consider git configuration review in ch 2 #24

git works best if it's configured to match github configuration ( username, email).

this is not essential but if there is time, in the intro or just before the exercise, review configuration, following the same steps from https://happygitwithr.com/hello-git

I'm rescinding this suggestion since this workshop/book not a how-to-git book and for time constraints. Can save this for a more hands-on, intermediate "git in practice" workshop. closing.
