[x] .csv for model fitting in 5-gl-phylo-vint.R (main-bird-data-birdtree2.csv but filtered according to code at L54 of 5-gl-phylo-vint.R)
[x] .tif for delta rasters (mn_dT and mn_dP from 6b-stack-rasters.R) -> maybe one .tiff with 2 layers?
[x] .tif for env variability rasters (temp_rast$temp_sd_season, temp_rast$temp_sd_year, precip_rast$precip_cv_season, precip_rast$precip_cv_year from figure1_conceptual.R) -> maybe one .tiff with 4 layers?
[x] Table S1 in .csv form (bird_df object in Table_S1.Rmd) -> should also delete Table_S1.Rmd from repo once complete, but maybe use that caption as the data descriptor

Saved final bird data csv in L3 data folder as "final-bird-data-for-archival.csv".

Noticed some extraneous variables in the final bird data object. Modified the code to clean it up with this commit (which also removed some extraneous code from the monthly temps)

Great! My only comment would be to rename clim_ras.tif to delta_ras.tif (this is stacked across species not just climate, so clim_ras is somewhat misleading). Could you change both in the data and in the code for 6b-stack-rasters.R at L138?
