adding more elaborate tutorials #5

Our neurohackademy group has been working on elaborating the current set of install and quick start tutorials (01.ipynb and 02.ipynb in my fork of the repo: https://github.com/rosali920/neuropointillist). We're hoping (if we can get it done in time) to also build an alternative tutorial to the Flournoy tutorial using an open dataset that everyone can access.

I would love to include those - especially if you can find a good open longitudinal dataset!

Hi Tara,

Can you take a look at our open data tutorial (04_testrest... and example.testretest) in my repo: https://github.com/rosali920/neuropointillist) - since we're using preprocessed but not modeled data, does our Task regressor need to first be convolved with an HRF?
