updates, toolbox #16

changed v0.6 to v0.6.1-preview. Are these images static, or are they rebuilt from the CI with each code merge? If the former is true, then v0.6 should remain. I'm under the impression that they build daily, but I've been wrong about a lot of stuff! Also added a section on Docker Toolbox. @mrshah-at-ibm @mastersingh24

Don't merge yet. I want to add some more stuff regarding the Docker host

Not merging yet.

To answer your question, these images are static. We test the images that come out from CI on /r/hyperledger and then publish it on /r/ibmblockchain. This is the flow that I know of.
