This will need to change again, but want to get the p team something they can count on. I think the tag may change.

Sure. I was also wondering is this (docker-compose) where we would point to the public ibmblockchain docker hub, https://hub.docker.com/r/ibmblockchain/? I thought for the community we would use the hyperledger dockerhub and for ibm support we would point to this git repo anduse the ibmblockchain docker. This may be confusing and easier to talk. Thanks.
