Only the IBM Blockchain Network helm chart should be deployed since helm charts should not be used to create channels or instantiate chaincode.

LGTM - thanks. I will merge this. Do we want to remove the actual charts for channel, chaincode and composer?

@mrshah-at-ibm, I thought about removing them. I can do another pr to take them out.
