Fabric version 1.1.2 does not exist #69

HLF_VERSION is currently defaulting to 1.1.2 - https://github.com/IBM-Blockchain-Starter-Kit/build-lib/blob/master/src/common/env.sh#L18 - which has not yet been released:

Based on the connection profile for a recent Starter Plan instance, the version should actually be 1.1.0
