Guide is out of date #186

The layout and functions of Bluemix are significantly different now, than when this guide was made.

It would be great with an update!

JazzHub/DevOps Services projects are being upgraded to Continuous Delivery. You can find all about the process in this blog post.

For the most up to date documentation, see Continuous Delivery on Bluemix Docs.

To cut down on any confusion in the future, we're in the process of adding upgrade notices to the hub.jazz.net help pages.
