Summary
According to official IDE docs https://www.jetbrains.com/help/idea/sharing-your-ide-settings.html#import-export-settings, Import Settings... and Export Settings... options are disabled if using the Settings Repository plugin or JetBrains Settings Sync. Is it possible to add these helper menus another way? I'm using the official Settings Repository plugin to save my IDE settings to a private GitHub repo.
