support for arch linux #89

Summary proposing for support in Arch Linux.

Steps to reproduce (include tooling version, platform, etc)

  1. run command curl -sL https://ibm.biz/idt-installer | bash

Operating System Specify: (MacOS, Linux, Windows) Linux , to be more specific manjaro linux based on Arch linux.

Supporting details (Logs, stack traces, images, etc. Wrap in <detail> ... </detail> tags as appropriate)

curl -sL https://ibm.biz/idt-installer |sudo  bash
