Toolchain does not work if deployed in non-US region #8

In toolchain.yml, the URL of the ERP and Controller services assume mybluemix.net as domain. This won't work if the toolchain gets created in eu-gb or au-syd given the domain suffix is different.

@rvennam cloud-insurance toolchain now supports this, based on your approach. let's mimic this.
