Alchemy Vision Deprecation #13

Alchemy Vision has been deprecated and merged into Watson Visual Recognition. Can you update the demo and documentation to account for this?

OpenWhisk actions have been updated to latest GA service (v3) - docs still need to be updated. Also removed Alchemy services from OpenWhisk actions.
