Does not support Cloud Internet Services Firewall Rules #1931

Terraform Version

Terraform version currently on Schematics and documented here at time of writing: https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/terraform?topic=terraform-cis-resources.

Expected Behavior

Should support Firewall Rules in CIS: https://cloud.ibm.com/docs/cis?topic=cis-firewall-rules.

Actual Behavior

Does not appear to support those rules.

Run into the same issue. Looking at the underlying cloudflare provider, it does support firewall rules though.
