Description

public_service_endpoint_url -> public endpoint private_service_endpoint_url -> CSE endpoint master_url -> returns the VPE in Openshift 4.13 only. CSE in Openshift 4.14.

It would be good to have a vpe_service_endpoint_url field. It seems that the underlaying sdk used by the provider actually already have that field: https://github.com/IBM-Cloud/bluemix-go/blob/master/api/container/containerv2/clusters.go#L99
