Add button to Open Roles above the fold. #482

Summary

The main goal for our ibm.com/careers/design website is to ultimately get potential talent to explore and apply to a job.

Looking for a quick design review and then development.

Justification

The main goal for our ibm.com/careers/design website is to ultimately get potential talent to explore and apply to a job.

Desired UX and success metrics

We're looking to increase the click-through rates to our open jobs and reduce the time to task and error rate.

"Must have" functionality

Specific timeline issues / requests

Would be nice to have before end of year.

@alisonjoseph Big NO to that blue button execution. And yes to the top nav use. Will have to take some time that i dont have right now to get a proper blue button added

Sounds good, will get the nav item added for now, and then we can look at adding a button in the future if it makes sense. Thanks @RyanCaruthers
