Missing sample properties files #25

Need to create two sample files and check them in under this repo:

1) ./iOS/ReadyAppRetail/Summit WatchKit Extension/Summit WatchKit App.entitlements

2) ./Android/Summit/app/src/main/assets/wlclient.properties
