Consider versioning this roles #145

It would be useful to version this roles as describe on https://galaxy.ansible.com/docs/contributing/version.html so when using ansible-galaxy we can target a specific version. Also this could help map the ibmsecurity library version to avoid incompatibilities between with it's dependency.
