feat:Make openshift install and proxy vars default #327

Tested with sno and 3-node cluster on KVM (NAT). run playbooks 5,6 and 7. Test to specify only partial vars for install_config:

install_config:
   control:
       hyperthreading: Enabled
   machine_network: 192.168.122.0/16
