Manual command creation fails with "400 Bad Request" #365

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to http://9.18.77.199:8000/commands/
  2. Click on '+' then on the 'pencil' icon
  3. Fill requested fields with valid data (a valid library source should exists)
  4. Clic on "Create Command" *If I move to a different section in the tool the "Command Created" success message is displayed but the command is not present in the tool.

Expected behavior Command should be created
