Error is not displayed when using incomplete form on Request Access #383

Describe the bug No error message is displayed when a product is not selected on the "Request Access" view.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'http://0.0.0.0:8000/login/'
  2. Click on 'Request Access'
  3. Do not select any product from the Products dropdown.
  4. Click on "Send Request"

Expected behavior Error should be displayed on what's needed to proceed
