Google groups link not working

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the login page http://0.0.0.0:8000/login/
2. Click on Google Group
3. No content is displayed

Expected behavior valid group should be displayed. If this is not longer needed then the link should be removed
