Test Cases title isn't added when downloaded #441

Describe the bug When you try to do a full download, test cases items won't have at the beggining of the file " Test Cases "

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to /testings/testcases/
  2. Click on download button
  3. Do a full download
  4. Save the zip file into your computer
  5. Open the zip and open a test case item
  6. See error

Expected behavior When you download a test case item, it has to have at the beggining of the file " Test Cases ".

Additional context This also happens with test suite full download

Fix done, in review by the team, the pull request will be created tomorrow (Jan 22)

Run through console was successful (external enviroment), execution inside BlueXolo is pending.
