Docker image has been unavailable #23

Hi team, the Dockerfile requires image nvidia/cuda:10.1-base-ubuntu16.04. However, this image has been unavailable on DockerHub. And Cuda 10.1 does not support newer GPUs such as Nvidia RTX 3080ti.

Any ideas?
