Seeing that it's a separate project in Eclipse, can this please be setup as a separate git submodule, so we can pull it the .git into our IDEs to work with it. That way, you can update it separately, and we can git pull for any new updates.

Thanks for the suggestion. Most of the stuff in IBM-Z-zOS is just assorted things, but this SMF stuff and some things underneath zOSMF are really whole Eclipse projects that could be in github as separate repositories and then made into submodules here. I discussed this with @jbouzak and at the moment we'd prefer to keep these here rather than create more separate repositories (I know, with a submodule you could still find it here and yes, it would be easier for people to contribute without having to clone everything...easier for me too). So, it is a good idea and we'll keep it in mind, but for the moment we're going to leave it as-is. Thanks..
