Updated aopstart and aokpdfexit.db copyrights #231

I also added a dummy directory/file (Place-Holder-For-Future-Config-Pubs) in the 'Infoprint-Server-Configuration' directory so that when you go to the repo you don't see a "double directory" behavior (see screen shot below).
